• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Checkout before 10:00 AM
• Maximum 8 guests
• No pets
• No smoking

Cancellation policy

• Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in
• No refund for cancellations on or after the check-in date

Winter driving (November – April)

The private gravel road (0.15 miles) leading to the property is unpaved and can be snowy or icy in winter. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is required November through April. The road is plowed regularly, but please plan accordingly.

Safety

• Exterior security cameras on property
• Carbon monoxide alarm
• Smoke alarm

Rental agreement

All direct booking guests will receive a rental agreement via email after booking confirmation. The agreement covers liability, property rules, and damage responsibility.
